Dans le numéro de mars 2018 de La Revue du vin de France (n°619), Roberto Petronio compare deux styles différents de Tokaj dans un article intitulé : "Disznókő et Samuel Tinon, la magie du Tokaji Aszú de Hongrie en deux façons". Quel beau comparatif qui montre que les raisins botrytisés de Tokaj s'expriment de manière grandiose quelle que soit la vinification et les choix du vigneron ! Our Tokaji Aszú 2013 at the Great Tokaj Wine Auction 2018

The Great Tokaj Wine Auction will take place on Saturday 21srt April 2018 in Tokaj and in London (67 Pall Mall). We'll be more active then ever with our wines. La Revue du vin de France wrote about this beautiful Aszú 2013. « Bottled in june 2017. The first nose evokes the fresh nut. With the air, there's a strong feeling of richeness. This results in the scent of tarte tatin, which signs all the wines of the estate, followed by a pleasant note of infusion. In the mouth, the volume is imposing, the tannic perception is confirmed. Like the Disznókő Aszú ot the same year, this wine leaves in the background the acidity that is so decisive for the balance of a great tokaj. Le Szamorodni Sec, grand vin de voile

A la veille de la Percée du vin Jaune, qui avait lieu cette année à l'Etoile dans le Jura, un symposium sur les vins de voile était organisé par l'excellent Laurent Courtial (Rouge Granit). Se sont retrouvés à côté des producteurs de vin jaune, des vignerons de Xérès en Espagne et Samuel Tinon, représentant du szamorodni sec de Tokaj. Pour nous, le szamorodni sec est le Grand Vin Blanc Sec de Tokaj, un vin d'élevage par excellence, sous un voile de levure protecteur. Sa particularité vient du furmint (savagnin dans le Jura et palomino à Xérès) et de raisins botrytisés quand ils arrivent au pressoir. Ses arômes particuliers adorent flirter avec le comté ou une poularde aux morilles, par exemple. Laissez-vous tenter !

Our Dry Szamorodni in Jura, Tokaj and London

Just before the Percée du Vin Jaune, which took place this year in the village of Etoile in the Jura, a symposium on wines under flor was organized by the excellent Laurent Courtial (Rouge Granit). The three great regions of this type of wines were represented by specialists from Jura, Sherry in Spain and Samuel Tinon, who came to talk about the Dry Szamorodni. For us, Dry Szamorodni is the Great Dry White Wine of Tokaj, a cellar wine by excellence, protected by a veil of yeast. It is made out of Furmint full of botrytis (Savagnin in the Jura and Palomino in Xérès).
