Year after year

2000
Our first vintage at home, also the most spectacular. Extremely early harvest, very concentrated grapes. Notes of honey and dried apricots.
2001
A quite late harvest, a lot of botrytis with spicy notes. A very beautiful year aging tremendousely.
2002
One of those very rare years where you regret not to have harvested earlier. We have no wine to sell.
2003
A vintage in time, harvested at the right time. The wines are absolutely beautiful.
2004
It was a miracle, just before winter. We thought we’d had not a grape of Aszù. At the end of November, all of a sudden, we brought in enough Aszù berries to make 17 000 bottles.
2005
A late year with an acid basis which brings to the wines a nice fineness and clearness.
