A Good Introduction to the World of Tokaj
The Tokaji Szamorodni Doux (or Sweet Szamorodni) is a light version of the great Tokaji Wine. For this wine, the grapes are harvested entirely, that means that the whole bunches are cut off, without berry selection. Szamorodni means « like it comes » in Polish. This wine is a first approach to understand the complexity and the very particular style of the Tokaj wines.
